Who is Frapp & Capp for?
People with disability who want a real job. For many of our team it is their first one. You do not need to have worked in a cafe before.
Do I get paid?
Yes. Once you finish training you are employed at award wages, on a proper roster. It is not a volunteer or work-experience arrangement.
What will I learn?
Real barista skills: grinding, dialling in, milk texture and front of house. Before that, we sort out goals, support needs, travel and money-management skills together.
Where and when are shifts?
At the cafe at 1 West Terrace, Bankstown NSW 2200. The cafe is open Mon to Fri, 9:30am to 3pm, and closed on weekends.
